ListEasy trust record

Your listing is yours.
The workflow should be clear.

ListEasy is a property-listing workflow for brokers. It helps turn the property information you send on WhatsApp into a reviewable draft and, when you choose, a public listing link.

The working path

From WhatsApp
to a link.

There is a deliberate review point before a page is public. That is the boundary that matters most.

  1. 01

    You send the source material

A broker sends property details in WhatsApp: a voice note or typed information, plus photos and any useful captions.

  2. 02

    A draft is prepared

The service turns that material into structured listing details and a draft page. A draft is not a public listing.

  3. 03

    You review and publish

The broker checks the draft, can edit it, and chooses Publish. Only then does the shareable listing link go live.

  4. 04

    Buyers use the link

A live listing, including the details and photos attached to it, is public to anyone with its link. Buyers can use the available direct contact actions for that broker.

What a public page measures

Useful signals,
not a lead database.

A published listing can count basic engagement: page views, WhatsApp contact taps, call taps and share taps. These are simple totals associated with the listing.

A contact tap takes the buyer directly to the broker's WhatsApp or phone. ListEasy is not a form that collects the buyer's enquiry, and a tap count is not proof of a conversation or sale.

Public by designAnyone with a live listing link can view that page.

Broker access

No dashboard
password to remember.

Access note

A broker requests the dashboard from WhatsApp. The link is created for that broker, is valid for 15 minutes, and can be used once. Its stored record is a hash, rather than the usable link token itself.

After the link is used, ListEasy sets a signed, secure, HTTP-only browser session with a 30-day maximum age. There are no account passwords or SMS codes in this flow.

Handling, retention and requests

Say what is true.
Especially here.

Where the work happens

ListEasy receives WhatsApp messages through WhatsApp's Business Platform. The website and application run on Vercel. Listing photos and generated listing assets are stored in Vercel Blob, while listing records and basic engagement totals are kept in Supabase.

AI and transcription processing

OpenRouter processes typed property messages and a limited recent WhatsApp chat context to prepare reviewable details or choose an in-product bot action. n8n coordinates voice-note transcription, property-detail extraction and photo analysis using OpenAI. If you ask for an AI poster, OpenAI receives the selected property photo and a prompt containing listing details and the broker's name and phone number.

Private source material; broker-chosen public data

Source text, voice notes and forwarded contact details are used to prepare a draft and are not displayed on the public listing by default. Uploaded photos use public file URLs: anyone with a photo URL can open it, including before the listing is published. A phone number or contact detail inside a forwarded source is not automatically adopted as the broker's account identity or public listing contact. The broker reviews the draft and chooses what to save, publish and show as the contact on a live listing.

No invented retention promise

There is no fixed automatic deletion schedule stated for this service. If you need a listing taken down, have a data question, or want us to review what should be removed, message us on WhatsApp.

For teams and custom work

Enterprise security requirements, data handling and commercial terms are scoped in writing for the specific engagement. This page is not a certification, SLA, DPA or penetration-test claim.
